Ideal for dishes where a stronger roasted note is desired. If the trainee has other things to do or you just need something quickly, Holzmann onion products are the right choice. Time saving - no preparation -> NO waste. The products are all clean label. But there are also advantages in terms of taste -> no bitterness & no aftertaste. Ideal for goulash, stews, cheese spaetzle, burgers, hot dogs, casseroles, quiche, onion soup, strudel, roast beef, onion tart, etc. Onions peeled, chopped and cut into pieces approx. 4x4mm. Braised with a little olive oil at low temperature for more than 2 hours. Approx. 15kg of raw onions yields 3kg of Holzmann browned onion cubes 4x4mm.
