Haya Molcho – top restaurateur, family person & expert of Levantine cuisine for STAY SPICED!

Born in Tel Aviv in 1955, Haya Molcho now lives and loves Vienna. For years, she accompanied her husband Samy Molcho on tours around the world: India, China, Japan, and Morocco. Inspired by these intense experiences, a hobby became her vocation, and Haya found her identity in cooking. In her cooking and her books, she demonstrates her deep connection to the flavors of the Middle East.

Initially a career changer in catering, she opened her first restaurant at Vienna's Naschmarkt in 2009 and established the sharing concept. Today, she is an integral part of the restaurant scene. Together with her four sons Nuriel, Elior, Nadiv, and Ilan, she founded the NENI brand, which stands for family spirit and joie de vivre in Levantine cuisine.
