Particularly round and beautiful truffles with a very good degree of ripeness. They are preserved in salt and truffle juice. They are fully preserved. They can be used like fresh truffles; cut into small pieces or sliced. They are ideal for making terrines, pâtés, sauces, or with cream cheese. For sauces, they should be sautéed in a little olive oil beforehand.
