Unlike sultanas and currants, these grapes are very light in color. Gentle drying in the sun and shade increases their natural sweetness (fructose and glucose) to up to 60%. They taste delicious in muesli, salads, desserts, pilaf, cakes, curries, stuffings, and braised dishes.
