Carefully selected sun-ripened fruit from regional producers, trusted suppliers, or directly from the orchard, a little sugar, the purest pectin, and, if necessary, freshly squeezed lemon juice. The fruit is cooked in small batches of 3 kg each over an open fire in a copper kettle. This ensures an intense, fresh, and fruity flavor of the products. Our recipes are tailored to the characteristics of the specific fruit being processed. MEA ROSA does NOT use gelling sugar! Notes of Bourbon vanilla and cinnamon blossom lie gently on the spicy aroma of fully ripe plums, which combine with the freshness of the yuzu to create a delicate symbiosis.
