Satay/Saté spice mix, 100 g
This seasoning mix includes a satay marinade for the meat and a matching sauce. Preparation: Sprinkle the contents of packet A over 500g of diced pork and add a little water. Mix well and let marinate for about 2 to 3 hours. Then string the meat onto skewers and grill until cooked through. For the sauce, pour the contents of packet B into a pan and add 1/2 cup water or 3/4 cup coconut milk with vegetable oil. Stir well and bring to a boil. Serve.

Ingredients: Sauce mix: Sugar, peanuts, chili powder, salt, dextrose, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soybeans, corn, maltodextrin), modified tapioca starch, onion powder, kaffir lime leaf powder, lemongrass powder, anti-caking agent: E341, acidity regulator: E296, flavoring. Marinade mix ingredients: Sugar, maltodextrin, spices (turmeric, cumin, curry powder, coriander, mustard), salt, flavor enhancer E621, modified tapioca starch.
