Salt "Sal Viva / Living Salt" by Ángel León, 700 g
For professional use only! This salt can cook foods like scampi through an exothermic reaction, forming a crust. The preparation is a bit more involved, but the final result is breathtaking. You can practically pour a clear liquid over the food in front of your guests and watch it crystallize and heat up. Similar to hand warmers. The salt itself has a slight vinegar aroma.
