Quillaja honey, Chile, dark yellow, creamy aromatic, nutty, 500 g

Quilla honey is an intense and creamy honey, floral and aromatic, with a very rounded aftertaste. Quillay honey comes from the mountainous region of the Chilean Andes. The quillay tree (or soap bark tree) grows there on steep slopes at elevations of over 800 meters and higher. Traditional agriculture is no longer possible there. The striking, star-shaped flowers provide the bees with a special nectar from which they conjure up this delicate honey.
