Basic recipe: 100-120g Quelli, 200g sugar, and 1 liter of fruit juice/water. Mix Quelli with sugar, stir into the cold liquid, and fold in the fruit. Also available in 500g.

Ingredients
Juice thickener. Ingredients: modified starch E1422 (waxy maize). Observe maximum levels and use in food according to Regulation (EC) No. 1333/2008 on food additives! For professional use only. Firm to cut, bake-stable, and freezer-safe. Mix 100-120g of Quelli and 200g of sugar dry, pour over 1 liter of fruit juice, and fold in well-drained fruit. Sprinkle approximately 20g of Quelli mixed with breadcrumbs under fruit or fillings per baking sheet to prevent the bases from becoming soggy. Frozen fruit rolled in the juice thickener is more resistant to leakage. Store in a cool (+18°C to +24°C) and dry place.
