Excellent extra virgin oil – a grand cru among olive oils, a winner of multiple awards. Marina Colonna's Molise olive oil is made from the Leccino, Rosciola, and Gentile di Larino olive varieties, typical of the Molise region. Golden yellow in color with distinct green reflections, the oil offers a complex bouquet with bitter notes of tomato and banana, enriched by floral tones of mimosa and wisteria. Its aroma – with medium fruitiness, balanced between bitter and spicy – ​​is irresistible and refined when paired with fresh vegetables, balsamic herbs, rosemary, and sage. On the 320-hectare Marina Colonna estate, over 25,000 olive trees are cultivated, both local and Italian varieties. Each olive variety is harvested separately at its peak ripeness and gently processed into premium olive oil within 12 hours.
