Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Galantino "Terra di Bari DOP/PDO", strong fruity, 500 ml

Awarded the DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) seal, this olive oil is made from 80% hand-harvested Coratina olives and other varieties, milled within 24 hours of harvesting using a granite mill and cold-pressed. The olive-green oil with yellow highlights has a strong, fruity aroma. Its fruity flavor, with pleasant bitter-spicy notes, pairs well with vegetable dressings, soups, bruschetta, and grilled meat. Nowhere in the world are more olives cultivated than in Apulia. The olive oil produced here is known for its superior quality. Near Bari, the Galantino family traditionally harvests olives from over 15,000 trees starting in mid-October. Delicious olive oil is gently extracted from the perfectly ripened fruit in state-of-the-art facilities.
