Mousse au Chocolat - powder, white, 800 g

Easy-to-use powder for the simple preparation of chocolate mousse. Simply mix 800g of powder with 1 liter of cold milk, whisk at high speed for 5 minutes. Let it chill for at least 2-3 hours. Makes approximately 36 servings of 50g each. Special BOS FOOD tips – tested on our in-house coffee machine: The mousse powder can be used to make a white cocoa drink. Dissolve approximately 40g of powder (depending on taste) in 150-200ml of hot whole milk and top with milk foam, and you're done. The mix tastes super delicious when complemented with an espresso.
