The products of the ancient Morelli pasta factory are unique. Their secret lies in an ingredient not found in ordinary pasta. It is wheat germ, the heart of the grain. It is rich in vitamins and plant proteins. This exquisite, authentic Italian, artisanal pasta from San Romano (Pisa) is free from any preservatives or colorings. The dough is rolled by hand and dried at low temperatures for 36 hours.
