SHORT DESCRIPTION
Oriental seasoning for hummus, falafel & Co – with cumin, garlic, coriander and lemon freshness.
USE
For hummus: Blend 5g of the mix with 130g cooked chickpeas, hot water, and olive oil until creamy. For falafel: Mix 250g chickpea flour with ½ tsp baking powder, 180g water, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tbsp seasoning; let rest for 1 hour, shape into patties, and fry in a pan until golden brown.

Hummus is an oriental specialty made from pureed chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and spices. Falafel are deep-fried balls formed from crushed chickpeas or beans. They originate from Arabic cuisine and are perfect as a snack. We created our Hummus Falafel Seasoning to complement both dishes.
