It's the perfect finishing touch to prepared dishes, for example, carpaccio with raspberry vinegar. To extract the oil, the kernels are gently separated from the pulp, dried, and pressed while chilled. This preserves the specific aromas. The Vienna Oil Mill needs approximately 850 kg of raspberries to produce 1 liter of this high-quality oil. The raspberry kernel oil is bottled in its natural, unfiltered state, as valuable aromatic compounds are also found in the sediment. The highly aromatic kernel oil is easy to dose from the pipette bottle.
