Ingredients
Ready-to-use mix for vegan burger patties. Ingredients: Textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), corn granules, rice granules, thickener: methylcellulose, partially defatted sunflower seeds, rapeseed oil, spices, flavorings, caramel powder (caramel sugar syrup, maltodextrin), 2.9% enzymatically hydrolyzed pea protein, table salt, beetroot, sugar, smoke flavoring. Preparation: 1) Thoroughly mix 100 g of the ready-to-use mix with 200 ml of very cold water. 2) Let the mixture swell in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes. 3) Form 4 burgers from the mixture with moistened hands. 4) Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan and fry the burgers over medium heat for approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Store in a dry place away from light, not above room temperature.
