Granoro Spaghetti, with quinoa, gluten-free, No. 472, 400g

Granoro launches a new line of gluten-free pasta. It includes five basic formats made with corn, rice, and quinoa flour, as well as lasagna made with corn and rice. This line is designed for those who suffer from gluten intolerance or who have voluntarily eliminated gluten from their diet. The aroma and flavor of Granoro GlutenFree pasta are typical of corn, softened by rice flour and the vegetal notes of quinoa. Quinoa was included in the mix to compensate for the fiber, mineral salts, and protein that are lacking in rice and corn. The blend of the three flours gives the pasta a yellow color, not the glassy yellow of many commercially available pastas, but rather a color very similar to that of durum wheat pasta. The pasta remains firm after cooking, and its rough surface allows sauce to adhere well.
