Gourmet Series - fine grater, black/soft-touch handle, 1 piece

This grater has the potential to be a bestseller. It's perfect for finely grating spices, citrus fruit peels, and especially cheese (which comes off the blade in fine threads). Grating surface: 12.6 x 6 cm. What makes MICROPLANE graters unique: They're extremely sharp and deliver optimal grating results. The blades cut through food instead of tearing or shredding it. This way, the natural flavors aren't lost. Unlike most conventional graters, MICROPLANE graters aren't punched. The cutting edges are etched in a complex manufacturing process, creating durable, super-sharp blades that cut precisely. MICROPLANE graters are dishwasher-safe (except for the protective cover) and have scratch-resistant plastic feet.
