6-pack of Gölles Schilcher Rosé wine vinegar, 6% acidity, 250 ml

It is fermented from the traditional Styrian "Blauer Wildbacher" grape variety, which, even after a short maceration period, produces a light rosé wine with lively acidity. The delicate, refined fruit aroma known from Schilcher wine is also the goal in the production of our Schilcher vinegar, which is therefore aged exclusively in stainless steel. It pairs perfectly with a variety of fine country-style dishes, especially those with a Styrian influence, such as scarlet runner bean salad.
