Ingredients: Shiitake mushrooms, antioxidant: sulfur dioxide. Not cleaned, impurities cannot be ruled out. Not suitable for raw consumption. Soak the mushrooms in water for approximately 60 minutes, drain and discard the soaking water. Rinse and clean the mushrooms under fresh, running water, avoiding contact with other foods while raw (to prevent any health risks). Boil in fresh water for at least 10 minutes. Store in a dry place.
