Gel sweet creams are ideal for dairy desserts such as panna cotta. The gel is purely plant-based, tasteless, and colorless, making it suitable for vegans/vegetarians and religious groups that prefer kosher or halal-compliant foods. This product is vegan and free from additives that must be indicated on menus in the EU.
