The gel is purely plant-based, tasteless, and colorless, making it suitable for vegans/vegetarians and religious groups who prefer kosher or halal-compliant foods. This product is vegan and free from additives that must be indicated on menus in the EU. It contains no allergens according to EU Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 and CH Regulation (LCV), Art. 8 and Annex 1, which must be indicated on menus or other product lists when sold in mass catering establishments in the EU.
