Ready-to-use mix for vegan burger patties with pea protein. Ingredients: 48% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), partially defatted sunflower seeds, thickener: methylcellulose, corn granules, rapeseed oil, rice granules, caramel powder (caramelized sugar syrup, maltodextrin), onion, salt, flavorings, beetroot, spices, smoke flavoring. Preparation: Thoroughly mix 75g of the burger mix with 150ml of very cold water and let it rest for approximately 3 minutes. With moistened hands, form the mixture into burger patties of the desired size. Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan and fry the burgers for approximately 3-4 minutes per side over low to medium heat. Store in a dry place, protected from light, and not above room temperature.
