Ready-made falafel mix for oriental chickpea patties. Ingredients: 89% chickpeas, 4.5% onion, 2.5% salt, 2% coriander, spices: garlic, ginger, turmeric, 1.43% parsley, raising agent: 0.57% sodium bicarbonate. Preparation: Empty the contents of the two sachets into a bowl, add 200ml water, and mix well. Let stand for 1 hour. Form into balls and deep-fry in plenty of vegetable oil. Drain the oil and serve warm.
