Ingredients: Duck liver, butter (milk), coconut oil, eggs, duck broth, duck fat, salt, liqueur, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, stabilizers: guar gum, xanthan gum, spices, preservative: sodium nitrite. Keep at room temperature for at least five minutes before serving. Remove the non-edible casing by making a cut at the end. Cut into thin slices. Ideal as an appetizer.
