The delicate flavor of fresh cream and aromatic vanilla combines in a melt-in-the-mouth texture and excellent stability. The panna cotta can be colored, flavored, and shaped. It retains its shape even when accompanied by fruit, coulis, and caramel sauce. The result is always sensationally creamy and smooth. Preparation: Slowly liquefy the contents. Bring to a boil briefly, fill with water, and let cool for at least 3 hours. It can be mixed with vegetarian gelatin (item # 22256) to create a panna cotta sheet. Fill this with, for example, strawberry mousse.
