Trisodium citrate powder. Ingredients: Acidity regulator: Sodium citrate (E331iii). Keep out of reach of children. Dissolve in the preparation (aqueous medium) using a whisk. For food use, limited use. Maximum dose in certain foods: 4g per liter. Store in a cool, dry place.
