Cinnamon Date - Dessert Spice
SHORT DESCRIPTION
A dreamy combination of exquisite sugars and three types of cinnamon that can be used in so many ways? Simply wonderful and a must-have in your kitchen, and it doesn't just enhance your rice pudding.
USE
This high-quality blend is suitable for all kinds of dishes that call for sugar and cinnamon. Rice pudding is a classic example, but there are no limits to the possibilities.
GOOD TO KNOW
The date sugar is combined with coconut blossom sugar and the cinnamon varieties cinnamon, cassia, and cassia blossom. This creation therefore contains no refined sugar – super sweet but also super healthy!
TASTE
The ground blossom has a musky, sweet, and spicy flavor, though less intense than cassia bark. Canehl cinnamon is fiery, spicy, and slightly sweet. The interplay of the different cinnamon flavors offers a broad spectrum of taste, from fruity to spicy.
PRODUCTION
