SHORT DESCRIPTION
This spice was developed in collaboration with grilling expert Tom Heinzle, who brought back the taste of Atlanta BBQ – strong, sweet, spicy and smoky with a deep spice and a hint of coffee – from his last trip to the USA.
USE
Ideal for steaks and BBQ meats. Perfect for grilling or roasting to create an aromatic crust and intense flavor. Dosage: To taste, approximately 1 teaspoon per serving is recommended.
GOOD TO KNOW
Tom's tip: Especially good for classic BBQ with indirect and direct heat. Can also be used as a finishing touch for any meat or robust vegetables.
TASTE
A blend of demerara sugar, sea salt, coffee, paprika, and smoked paprika brings the authentic taste of Southern BBQ to your plate. The fine grind ensures even application. This blend is inspired by Atlanta's Southern BBQ culture, known for its bold and smoky flavors: robust and full-bodied, with a unique balance of sweet, salty, and smoky. The coffee note perfectly complements the smoky paprika.
