Acquerello Carnaroli Risotto Rice, aged for 1 year, 500 g
Acquerello Carnaroli rice is grown in Piedmont, irrigated with clear meltwater from Mont Blanc, and aged for an exceptionally long time, from one to three years. This preserves the starch, vitamins, and proteins. The rice grains increase in volume and weight during cooking. This increases the absorption of spices and significantly reduces stickiness, leaving it firm to the bite. Ideal for top-quality risotto rice!
