The recipe for aioli was first recorded in 1024. Originating in the Mediterranean, it refers to a cold cream made primarily from garlic, olive oil, and salt. Our aioli is incredibly versatile and perfect for any dish, hot or cold, that craves aromatic garlic.

USE
With STAY SPICED! Aioli spice blend, you can easily prepare authentic Spanish aioli. This spice blend is also excellent for refining mayonnaise, as well as dips and dressings based on yogurt, sour cream, or crème fraîche. This finely balanced garlic and herb mixture is also particularly delicious in warm, light sauces or on fish and seafood.

GOOD TO KNOW
For the best flavor: Pour three times the desired amount of hot water over the desired amount of spice, mix well, and let it steep for at least 3 minutes. Season to taste with the resulting paste. This rehydration step can be omitted when adding to warm preparations such as soups or sauces.

TASTE
The delicate texture and flavor are primarily determined by the fine garlic and unrefined sea salt. The herbs parsley and dill contribute subtle green notes. The delicate blend is perfectly rounded off with onion, lemon zest, and mace.

PRODUCTION
Das Ajoli-Gewürz ist eine spanisch inspirierte Gewürzmischung, die speziell zum Herstellen eines klassischen Knoblauch-Dips gedacht ist. Es besteht aus einer Kombination getrockneter Zutaten wie Knoblauch, unbehandeltem Meersalz, Zwiebel, Petersilie, Dill, Zitronenschale und Muskatblüte, die gemeinsam ein intensives, mediterranes Aroma erzeugen. Für die Herstellung werden die einzelnen Rohgewürze zunächst getrocknet und gereinigt, danach gemahlen oder fein zerkleinert, bevor sie zu einer homogenen Mischung kombiniert werden. So bleiben die natürlichen Aromen der Kräuter und des Knoblauchs gut erhalten. Die fertige Gewürzmischung wird abgefüllt und kann zu Hause mit Joghurt, Crème fraîche, Quark oder Olivenöl gemischt werden, um eine klassische spanische Ajoli-Dip-Basis herzustellen.
