This mixture is not only great with the Balkan classic Cevapcici, but is also excellent for all kinds of dishes such as minced meat, poultry, beef, pork, lamb, etc.
USE
This mixture is best suited for minced meat, but it can also be used to season poultry, beef, pork, and lamb. Use 6g of spice mix per 100g of minced meat. Mix the spice with a little warm water to form a paste, combine it with the minced meat, and then grill or pan-fry.
GOOD TO KNOW
Originally made with lamb, Cevapcici is considered a national dish in Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, and Bosnia, among other countries. Our blend goes well with all types of meat.
