SAGA Cooking Parchment is designed for more demanding cooking applications. This cooking parchment is particularly grease-resistant, has a release property, and performs well under wet conditions. It is siliconized on both sides, meaning it has a special non-stick coating, resulting in a high non-stick effect. Its high heat resistance means it can be heated to temperatures up to 220°C to 250°C. Vegetables, fish, or meat can be gently steamed or cooked in a water bath on Saga cooking parchment, preserving all their vitamins, minerals, and flavors. It can be used to line casserole dishes, reducing the need for washing up, and is also ideal for freezing food. It can even be used for rolling sushi.
