A natural, soy lecithin-based emulsifier ideal for creating foams. It also exhibits remarkable properties as a sauce thickener for "hopeless cases." The powder is soluble in aqueous media when cold. However, depending on the proportion, it loses its emulsifying properties in oily media. Thanks to its high emulsifying power, lecite is an ideal product for transforming juices or other aqueous liquids into foams and emulsifies sauces where this would have been considered impossible.

Ingredients
Emulsifier. Ingredients: Soy lecithin powder E322. Keep out of reach of children. Directions: Dissolve 7g per liter in liquid (aqueous medium) at room temperature using a hand blender. For food use, limited use. Maximum dose in certain foods: 30g/liter. Store in a cool, dry place.
