Colored cocoa butter in a practical spray can for the decorative finishing touch to chocolates, ice cream, parfaits, or chocolate showpieces. For easier application, the spray should always be warmed to 30-35°C beforehand. Sprayed onto frozen objects, such as ice cream or parfaits, and onto frozen chocolate showpieces, the cocoa butter creates a velvety pearl effect. It creates a smooth surface on non-frozen preparations. The spray is also ideal for use on plastic molds to create colored chocolates or chocolate decorations.

Ingredients
Cocoa butter colorant spray. Ingredients: Cocoa butter, propellants: E943a, E943b, E944. Shake well before use. Store at least one hour at +25°C to +30°C before spraying. Spray an even layer onto a cold surface from a distance of approximately 20-25cm. Only for foods that may be colored. Product for decorating semifreddo, ice cream, and mousse. Always store away from flammable sources. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to room temperatures above 50°C. Caution: Pressurized container. Do not spray into eyes. Do not inhale vapors directly. Avoid excessive use. Use only in a well-ventilated area. Do not pierce or burn, even if emptied. Do not spray into an open flame or onto flammable material. No smoking. Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of container only when completely empty. Without adequate ventilation, an explosive mixture may form.
