Wild garlic cream, made from Eifel wild garlic à la Vieux Sinzig, 100 g
This cream is produced entirely by hand by Jean Marie Dumaine, owner of the Vieux Sinzig restaurant. It's perfect for refining sauces, but can also be enjoyed on its own as a spread or dip. It comes in a beautifully designed jar, which can also be used to serve appetizers, small soups, and desserts.
