Traditional allioli is one of Spain's most famous sauces. In Catalan, "all" means garlic, and "oli" means oil. These are the ingredients used to make a real allioli. Egg is omitted. Allioli goes perfectly with grilled meat, fish and seafood, and vegetables. Or simply enjoy the sauce on fresh white bread!
