Ready-baked, frozen wheat bread. Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, water, preferment (WHEAT FLOUR, water, yeast, sugar, salt), RYE SOURDOUGH (WHOLE RYE FLOUR, water), READY-MIXED FLOUR, WHEAT GLUTEN, WHOLE-MIXED SPELT FLOUR, psyllium husks. Thawing time: 2-3 hours. Baking time: 8-10 minutes. Baking temperature: 200°C-220°C. Do not refreeze after thawing! Store at -18°C.
