Garlic flakes are the crushed version of garlic flakes and have a sharp, fruity, and leek-like flavor. Our crunchy garlic flakes are allowed to mature in the sun for a long time, resulting in more sweetness and a distinctive fruitiness. Garlic has an extremely strong and unique flavor, so it's important to use it sparingly.

PRODUCTION
Für diese Knoblauchflakes werden ausgewählte Knoblauchzehen schonend getrocknet und anschließend grob geschrotet. Die strukturierte Körnung von 1–3 mm sorgt dafür, dass der typische Knoblauchgeschmack beim Kochen langsam und gleichmäßig freigesetzt wird – ideal für warme Gerichte, ganz ohne künstliche Zusätze.
