FORVM V. Agridulce de Cabernet Sauvignon is a limited-edition Spanish specialty aged in oak barrels until it reaches maturity. Its bouquet is mild and balanced. It is excellent with meat dishes and cold dishes. FORVM vinegars are known in fine dining around the world and were a staple of the menu at the Nobel Prize ceremony in Stockholm. FORVM vinegars are unfiltered, so the sediment is normal.
