Morels in brine. Ingredients: Water, morels (Conica/Esculenta), salt. Preparation: Rinse thoroughly and drain. Cook as for fresh mushrooms. Store in a dry place. Once opened, store in a cool place between 0°C and +3°C and consume within 5 days. Made in France.
