This strategy fits perfectly with the STAY SPICED! philosophy – after all, we also attach the utmost importance to the highest quality. Our olive oil is obtained using cold extraction. In this process, the olives are first thoroughly treated before being crushed to create a paste. This paste is then pressed under pressure in a press to extract the oil. If any olive variety deserves this special treatment, it's our Koroneiki olive.
